什麼是 SAT 檢測?
- 精子染色體異常檢測( Sperm Aneuploidy Test )是一項用於檢查男性不育的遺傳病因檢測,它能夠評估精子中異常數量的染色體(非單倍體和二倍體)的存在。
- 透過螢光原位雜合技術 ,分析常見造成流產和影響後代的13,18, 21, X 和 Y 染色體數目是否正常。
檢測流程?

精子染色體異常的機率增加,會影響以下三個層面:
胚胎:

這項技術僅能夠偵測本次檢體的染色體非整倍性。在極少數射精樣本或睾丸樣本中,將可能沒有足夠的精子來正確估計非整倍體的風險。
